As part of our aspiration to enhance the environment and facilities of our homes for our residents, families and local communities we are excited to announce the start of our refurbishment project that will be running over the coming months throughout some of our homes.
The works are part of Aria Care’s commitment to continually improve standards and services across our care communities with new areas being created as well as refreshing various spaces, updating furnishings and so much more.
Our colours, patterns and finishes are carefully selected with our residents in mind, with bright spaces for socialising and homely bedrooms. The mood boards (below) show some examples of the contrasts and styling that will be used.

The work at Huntercombe Hall Care Home in Henley-on-Thames includes:
- Creation of a new Café Bistro for residents, relatives and visitors to enjoy
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including lounges and dining rooms
- Refurbishment of a number of vacant bedrooms and en-suites
- Creating additional outdoor seating area so residents and families can enjoy the beautiful grounds
At Dormy House Care Home in Sunningdale the works being carried out includes:
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including lounges and dining rooms
- Refitting the Hair Salon with a stylish new look
- Creation of Spa Bathroom
- Refitting the Activities room
- Refurbishment of a number of vacant bedrooms and en-suites
At Claydon House Care Home in Lewes the works include:
- Creation of a cafe bistro for residents, relatives and visitors to enjoy
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including lounges and dining rooms
- Refurbishment of a number of vacant bedrooms and en-suites
- Creating a new stylish Hair Salon
Galsworthy House Care Home in Kingston-upon-Thames refresh includes:
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including grand entrance foyer
- Refresh of The Fleur Cafe Bistro with modern furnishings and flooring
- Refitting the Hair Salon with a stylish new look
- Refurbishment of a number of vacant bedrooms and en-suites
The refresh at Walstead Place Care Home in Haywards Heath includes:
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including lounges and dining room on ground floor
- Refitting the Hair Salon with a stylish new look
- Refurbishment of a number of vacant bedrooms and en-suites
