We take pride in being one of the first care providers to invest in formal training, partnering with renowned chefs like Chef Joe Hurd. Our Chef Academy, in collaboration with Lifetime, focuses on enhancing traditional apprenticeships, ensuring our kitchen teams are at the forefront of culinary innovation. Chef Joe Hurd, with his unfussy and accessible cooking style, brings a wealth of experience from working alongside culinary greats like Jamie Oliver and Antonio Carluccio. Our skilled chefs, inspired by mentorship and training, create restaurant-quality, well-balanced menus for residents to enjoy.

Beyond Traditional Meal Times

We go beyond traditional meals, offering morning coffee, afternoon tea, and fresh snacks throughout the day. Residents can choose to dine in their rooms or enjoy shared mealtimes in our restaurant-like dining rooms. 

We encourage residents to continue to do the things they love.  The smell of a freshly baked cake becomes a sweet reminder of the joy found in the simplest of pleasures as residents expertly measure flour, sugar, and a pinch of nostalgia, sharing recipes with laughter and chatter.

Redefining Care Home Dining

Our commitment to quality shines through in every meal, supported by our new Duck egg blue Churchill stoneware crockery and an independent toolkit of dining essentials for residents with visual impairment, dexterity, and complex dementia.

Commitment to Excellence in Dysphagia Care

Understanding the importance of nutrition, we address dysphagia with a positive dining experience across our 50 communities. Our chefs follow IDDSI guidelines, using tools like Thermomix machines and rigorous texture checks to meet residents’ needs.
