Our team take the time to get to know all our residents and encourage independence and communication.

We were looking for some temporary respite care for my Mother in Law and found St George’s Care home through Google. Our initial contact with Evian was just what we were looking for. She was very friendly and sympathetic to our requirements and listened intently to what we were looking for. She took some details and told us we’d be contacted on Monday. The call on Monday from Rebecca was just as the first call had been. Friendly and sympathetic. Unfortunately my Mother in Law passed away the day before our appointment so we did not require the care. My review is only based on our initial enquiries but I’m sure the care would have been equally as good as the service we received from our first contact.

Joanna is our Home Manager at St Georges Care Home, here’s a little bit more about the home in her own words:

“I lead my professional Care Team in delivering the highest level of care and support for our residents. My commitment to professional development has equipped me well for my role here, where I work hard to ensure that those in my care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.

I believe in maintaining strong relationships with residents and their relatives, and understand the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of a care home.

I feel that the Aria Care philosophy matches up well with my own beliefs on care provision and I am committed to ensuring that all our residents continue to receive the high levels of care and protection they deserve.”
