Sundridge Court Nursing Home in Bromley, Kent has all the amenities of a modern home, and plenty of space in the sunny gardens for those who would like to enjoy time outdoors.

Life at Sundridge Court Nursing Home is a home from home environment, we have created a natural family home where everyone who enters feels very warm, comfortable and welcome – always there with a cup of tea and a smile. We incorporate as much regular routine as possible for our residents such as offering regular church services for those who would normally want to attend.

The communities are deeply involved in our activities and regularly visit with therapy dogs as well as visits from local schools. Residents are encouraged to join regular activities which are centred around what they enjoy.

My brother has been residing at Sundridge Court for 9 months and his health and wellbeing has improved immensely. His ulcerated leg which he had for around 10 years cleared up within 3 months with the nurses attention and he is getting much stronger.
The staff very friendly, eager to help and nothing seems too much trouble.
The atmosphere in SC is always cheerful . I love the way the staff mingle with the residents in the day room, singing along to the radio or TV, joking and laughing without letting the attendance slip.
I’m so glad I found SC for my brother. They take all the pressure from me of looking after a disabled adult.

Meet the Manager

Theresa is our Home Manager at Sundridge Court Nursing Home, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:

“I originally trained as a midwife which was my passion for 7 years. Since then I have spent almost three decades working as a staff nurse and building up my experience in the care industry. I began work at Sundridge Court as a Nurse, working my way up to Deputy Manager and now Home Manager which I am very proud of.

I take the role of caring for our residents and ensuring that their needs are met very seriously. Making sure our care team are happy and fully trained in order to offer a safe and happy home is a priority. I really enjoy interacting with the residents and their relatives and friends on a daily basis, listening to the stories that residents have to tell and making sure they are they are included in their care plans.

Over the last few years I am proud to have been involved in building Sundridge Court to be the warm and caring home it is now with the help of my colleagues, ensuring it is a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led home.”
