Our team take the time to get to know all our residents and encourage independence and communication.
We are dedicated to providing a smooth transition into a home where care is from the heart and interaction with residents is paramount. Our residents show us the way. They tell us what they need, and we do our very best to deliver. Every element of our care is considered with their needs in mind. Surrounding everyone with familiarity, security and care, we make their experience with us as fulfilling as possible.

Meet the Manager
Ieva is our Home Manager at Coppice Lea Care Home, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:
“I have been a nurse for over 30 years, graduating in 1989 in my native Latvia. I started my career working in a hospital, before becoming a Head Nurse in a private GP, where I worked until I came over to the UK in 2010. Whilst I was requalifying as a nurse, I started working in the kitchen of a care home, moving through various departments and positions, working my way up to management level.
I really enjoy being actively involved in everything related to my home. My main aim is to make our residents lives better. At Coppice Lea, care from the heart means finding their past and present, their wishes and preferences, likes and dislikes. We lead with resident centred care, everyone has different needs and we encourage residents to join in group and one to one activities and listen carefully to what is important to them. We encourage residents to make decisions and suggestions to ensure we are offering the best care possible.”
