Southlands Place Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea recently hosted their annual Christmas Fayre, themed as an Elves Workshop and Market, and it was a huge hit this year! Santa made a special visit to hand out gifts in his grotto and bring Christmas cheer to residents and children visiting to join in with the fun.
Nikki and Alex, dressed as Christmas elves, created craft packs and hot chocolate reindeer to help raise funds, while the kitchen team served up delicious festive treats. The day was made even more magical with live music from the talented Steve and carols performed by a fantastic local choir.
The fayre featured craft and food stalls, a popular raffle, and the Elves Workshop where attendees made Christmas ornaments. Thanks to the community’s generous support and the Southland team’s hard work, the event raised an incredible £500 for the local charity, Warming Up the Homeless.
