Hellen, our wonderful Deputy Home Manager at Oak Manor Care Home was due to go on maternity leave last month, so those living in our community and fellow team members arranged a surprise baby shower.
To wish her and the baby all the best, we surprised Hellen with a baby shower, where we gave her an array of cards and gifts. The lounge was decorated with pink baby shower decorations and we had pink treats, which were enjoyed by all.
Our fabulous Head Chef made a beautiful cake to mark the occasion and some delicious cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.
Home Manager, Laura said “Hellen is adored by the whole Oak Manor family. We all wanted to give her a special send off before having her baby so arranged a surprise baby shower. Hellen was blown away and had a lovely afternoon”.
