Oak Manor’s garden turned into a lively trail of clues this Easter, as residents, team members and their families came together for a day built around the kids — but enjoyed just as much by the grown-ups.
Wellbeing coordinator Kat and receptionist Polly set up a scavenger hunt with Easter images hidden all around the grounds. The children threw themselves into it, running back and forth with serious focus (and a lot of laughter), determined to track everything down. There were Easter eggs waiting at the end — but the real reward was the fun of the chase.
Adults didn’t just watch from the sidelines. Parents, grandparents and residents joined in the fun, helping the kids on their Easter quest. Residents especially enjoyed spending time with the little ones, with lots of smiles and cuddles for the babies. The day had all the right ingredients for Easter — children laughing, chocolate eggs, and families enjoying a fun afternoon together.
Polly’s niece, Brooklyn, shared, “It was so much fun – I loved it, thank you!”
