The residents and Health and Wellbeing team at Mount Pleasant care home in Burton-Upon-Trent were looking through special dates for the month and came across Penguin Awareness Day.
Everyone thought it would be a fun and educational day to support, and we never need an excuse to dress up!
The residents loved seeing all the care team wearing their special t-shorts and eating penguin themed food. There was a notice board full of penguin information and the residents enjoyed penguin arts and crafts.
