With the arrival of the warmer months, it’s time to get outside and enjoy the garden. At Aria Care, we believe in the strength of collaboration, which is why we kicked off our Spring into Summer initiative this May, using a ‘One Team Approach.’ We know the importance of creating a positive first impression, so we rallied our teams to ensure everything is ready for the summer ahead.
The residents, relatives and the team at Miranda House Care Home in Royal Wootton Bassett worked together to spruce up the patio area of their garden.
Everyone rolled their sleeves up and got involved. There was the cleaning and clearing of plants and furniture which then got a new coat of paint. Followed by the potting of various colourful plants and flowers to go around the patio area for all to enjoy throughout the summer months.
The day was a great success, and they are already thinking about how they could develop the other area in their gardens which is like a mini woodland – so watch this space!
Aria in Bloom will be an annual tradition, with everyone across the company working together to get our homes ready for the warmer months. This initiative will provide our residents with beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy, creating a serene space for both them and their visitors to relax and unwind.
