A valued team member, Tracey James, a Senior Care Assistant at Miranda House Care Home is celebrating 20 years working at the home. Alongside a fellow team member also celebrating 25 years at the home.
Tracey’s journey began at Miranda House as a Kitchen Assistant before becoming a Carer and progressing to a Senior Care Assistant.
On reflecting on what she enjoys most about working at the home, Tracey said “I enjoy spending time with the residents and listening to their life stories, they are the most interesting people I have ever met.”
