Ivy Court Care Home joined many people across the country as they hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise funds to support those affected by cancer.
A host of sweet treats and hot beverages were on offer for all to enjoy as family and friends joined everyone at our community to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. There were a number of cakes to enjoy including cupcakes, a glorious Victoria sponge, doughnuts and custard tarts.
We often host fundraising activities for charitable organisations and our friends and family who came along said how wonderful it was to be able to come and support such a worthwhile cause, as well as enjoy some lovely, sweet treats.
Thank you to Charlotte and Sophie for organising the coffee and cake sale and to everyone who joined us, we raised £23 for Macmillan Cancer Support and we look forward to seeing you at our next event!
