As we head into the warmer months, it’s the perfect time to get into the garden. At Aria Care we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May, with a ‘One Team Approach’. We understand the importance of making a great first impression so we rallied our teams to work together and get ready for the summer.
The team and residents at Hillview Court Care Home are extremely proud of their home. Those who are passionate about gardening, had a great time getting involved in our Aria in Bloom activity.
Our team worked very hard to organise a range of activity on the day. This included planting flowers in pots and cleaning and painting benches and seating areas. Some of our residents planted tomato plants and other vegetables in our greenhouse and we even made a scarecrow that will stand guard!
We would like to thank our wonderful volunteers, all our residents who helped and of course our wonderful team for all their hard work on our Aria in Bloom day.
Aria in Bloom will become a yearly activity that everyone across the company will get involved with, helping our homes prepare for the warmer days ahead. Our residents will then be able to enjoy their outdoor spaces and give them and their visitors a beautiful space to unwind.
