Welcome to Hillview Court
Hillview Court Care Home enjoys a stunning outlook over the countryside to the Ben Cleuch Hills. On the edge of a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sauchie in Alloa, this very special care home provides a unique range of services to the community in Clackmannanshire and to Sterling. At Hillview Court we are blessed with fantastic views of the Ochil Hills, and beautiful garden area’s where our residents enjoy spending their time relaxing, which includes a greenhouse, where we grow our own vegetables. Our central area called Fox’s Café brings together all seven houses to socialise and enjoy activities together.
Life at Hillview Court is a relaxed, calm environment with lots of lovely spaces and bright corridors, residents are surrounded by beautiful gardens and views, and some of our bedrooms have a garden door that gives access to a central garden where relatives can visit and spend time outside. We often hold larger group activities here such as singers/entertainers and fetes and fun days. Our extensive activity programme and an enthusiastic team who are engaged and passionate ensure our residents have meaningful activities and a fulfilled life. Hillview Court stands out due to its unique service offering care and support for residents living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities, this is a truly inclusive community where residents living with different conditions can all come together and enjoy our activities. Hillview has focused on ensuring our residents are still part of the outer local community and has achieved this by attending tea dances, community groups and sports groups. This interaction within the community is so important to build relationships and promote meaningful person-centred activities.
What does care from the heart mean to the team at Hillview Court? “In our community it is important to us that our residents have the best experiences and are happy and settled within the home. We take pride in providing excellent care which is resident centred and embraces individuality. We are passionate about adapting and improving our community, taking feedback from residents and their families.”

Meet the Manager
Laura is our Home Manager at Hillview Court, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:
“As Home Manager I enjoy the fact that every day is different. I find it very rewarding, to see our residents enjoy a good quality of life. I enjoy the problem-solving and overall running of the service and have an excellent team here to support that.
It is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible, that they are listened to and that their needs are met. It is also really important that my staff are supported in their role to assist our residents.
I know and love the local area having been here for over 20 years. The scenery is amazing, with views over the hills and wonderful country walks to go on.
I look forward to welcoming you to meet the community here at Hillview Court.”
