With round-the-clock care and support, dining experiences and stimulating activities, you’ll soon be calling us “home”.

Keeping Things Personal

The welcoming surroundings at Beechwood Park Care Home are matched by the high standard of individual care our colleagues provide to our residents. When you arrive and throughout your stay you’re greeted with warmth, passion, and care and our community is vibrant, happy, and homely.

We love learning as much as we can about who we care for, so your loved one’s time is tailored to their individual need and interests. This can be as small as knowing when they like to wake up, how they like their tea, and everything about their daily routine. Our team take the time to get to know all our residents and encourage independence and communication.

We are dedicated to providing a smooth transition into a home where care is from the heart and interaction with residents is paramount. Our residents show us the way. They tell us what they need, and we do our very best to deliver. Every element of our care is considered with their needs in mind. Surrounding everyone with familiarity, security and care, we make their experience with us as fulfilling as possible.

Meet the Manager

Anthony is our Home Manager at Beechwood Park Care Home, here’s a little bit more about the home in his own words:

“Originally from Birmingham, I started working for the NHS at seventeen. I have now been qualified as a nurse for 20 years and when I moved to Scotland nine years ago, I moved into elderly care. This is my second Home Manager role.

As Home Manager I want to ensure people who make Beechwood Park their home and their families experience good outcomes. Deciding to become a resident at a care home is a difficult choice and I am here to support the individual and their families and work together to ensure we are still making memories.

It is my responsibility to lead the team and make sure residents receive good person-centred care. To strive for the “it’s their home, not a care home” philosophy.

My biggest achievement was qualifying as a nurse. My great grandmother was a nurse, my grandma was a nurse, my aunt is a nurse, and my uncle is a doctor, so it is a bit of a family thing! It was very meaningful to my parents when I qualified.

I love to travel and took a year out after I qualified to travel around Asia. I enjoy eating out and trying new cuisines. I love going out exploring with my dog and watching rugby. I have now lived in Stirling for eight years. I love the greenery and going hillwalking. The view as you are driving up the M9 and see Stirling Castle, means I’m home!”

At Beechwood Park, care from the heart means everyone who lives, visits and works at Beechwood feels safe and comfortable during the time they are with us. People are respected for who they are as a person and supported in the choices that they make. Understanding people’s achievements in life and supporting them with their aspirations.
