Residents, staff and family members at Firtree House Care Home enjoyed a BBQ with a difference this summer – western themed!
Staff members dressed up as cowboys and Indians to entertain the residents. During the event we had live country and western music with plenty of delicious BBQ food and drink prepared by our great team. It is important that residents can interact and feel engaged and events like this help with socialisation within the home and is a key ingredient of the care given at Firtree House.
Everybody had a great time, enjoying the sun out on our decking, eating plenty and listening to our wonderful visiting singer!
