Welcome to Rendlesham
Rendlesham Care Centre is situated close to the east coast in Suffolk in the village of Rendlesham. We are recognised by Healthcare Professionals as one of the few homes in Norfolk and Suffolk where nurses can provide care for high dependency cases which gives peace of mind should care needs change in the future.
Life at Rendlesham is centred around our residents, all of our activities are personalised and delivered as per residents interests. We do this because we care deeply from the bottom of our heart to ensure we enrich the lives of our residents in every way.

Morning
- Individual activities, tailored to our resident’s needs so they feel at home.
- Our caring team ensure everyone has had a restful night and are ready for the day ahead.

Afternoon
- Engaging daily activities to stimulate mind, body and soul also include trips out to places of local interest.

- Green-fingered residents are welcome to help keep our gardens looking good.
Evening
- After a delicious dinner, you’ll find our residents enjoying an after-dinner drink.
- Fun, laughter, and chatter with fellow residents fill the rooms most evenings.

Pearl is our home manager at Rendlesham Care Centre – here’s a little bit more about her role at the home in her own words:
“I lead my professional Care Team in delivering the highest level of care and support for our residents. My commitment to professional development has equipped me well for my role here, where I work hard to ensure that those in my care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.
I believe in maintaining strong relationships with residents and their relatives, and understand the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of a care home.
I feel that the Aria Care philosophy matches up well with my own beliefs on care provision and I am committed to ensuring that all our residents continue to receive the high levels of care and protection they deserve.”

Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of inviting Rendlesham Primary School into our home to perform Christmas songs for our residents. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon; dancing & singing along to a wonderful choir of young voices! We are really looking forward to getting together again in the new year!

WORKOUT & REFRESH 💪
This morning we were joined by the lovely Kate, from Woodbridge Physiotherapy Clinic, who tailored an exercise class to the needs and abilities of our residents. The session was very well attended, it was so lovely to see so many getting involved and we particularly enjoyed the variety of music from the 50's. At the end of the session we all enjoyed a fresh fruit platter 🍎🫐🍉🍍 & a variety of smoothies provided by our amazing kitchen team 🤩
We look forward to seeing Kate again on Wednesday 8th January! Don't forget, everyone is welcome to join 😁

Well done guys
On the 19th of November we had the pleasure of being visited by Rendlesham Sings.
Rachel, Kay and Deanna came in to share song and motion to warm the hearts and minds of our residents. We are thankful and want to share some of the images of those assembled.
