Denham Manor Care Home, is located in the village of Denham, just a couple of miles from Uxbridge town. We pride ourselves on our excellent resident-led residential, nursing and dementia care, putting the needs and wishes of our residents at the heart of everything we do.

Life at Denham is a truly family affair, we are a relaxed and fun-loving care come, with the residents and their families at the heart of everything we do. I have been Registered Manager at Denham Manor for 8 Months, I am a Registered Nurse of some 30 + years and been in the Care Home business for 25 years, mainly in multi site Management. Coming to manage this single site was the best career move I have made, I have inherited wonderful residents and simply amazing staff. The dedication, love, care and compassion of my team is beyond any I have experienced previously. I consider myself extremely priviliged to manage ‘my wonderful home’ and look forward to coming to work every day to see my lovely residents. I feel very well supported in my role and feel the ‘Care from the Heart’ ethos of our owners Aria Care is extremely apt.

I have been working at Denham Manor for 4 years now, and had only intended to be working here temporarily whilst I finished my law degree. I completely fell in love with the job and ended up applying for my nursing degree once I finished! I feel I’ve been more than supported as an employee and encouraged to do my nursing degree, and can honestly say Denham is like a family. The care provided to the residents and support to families is unmatched and I cannot recommend Denham Manor enough to family and friends! I really enjoy and look forward to coming to work.

I would highly recommend Denham Manor to anyone looking for somewhere to care for your loved one. There is always such a friendly atmosphere in the home and always someone aproachable to answer any queries or questions. The range of different activities is really great, my favourite being Charlotte the singer who performes reguarly at Denham. Grandad really enjoys the food, before he came to Denham he really lost his appitite and wasnt eating alot but since joining Denham Manor he is doing so much better and loves the different food choices on the Menu. It is easy to see that Staff really look after residents like family, and the level of care is amazing, Grandad is always looking so smart when we visit. Lastly the home is always so clean and smelling lovely, the housekeeper is always so passionate about keeping the home clean to a high level.

As a service provider for Denham Manor I visit regularly at different times and days of the week. I am always impressed with the care and attention the staff give to all the all residents and equally with the activities that are put on, giving everyone lots of interaction and variety throughout their day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Denham Manor to friends and family.

Meet the Manager

Chris is our Home Manager at Denham Manor, here’s a little bit more about himself and the home in his own words:

“I’ve been a Registered General Nurse for over 30 years and after I finished working as a NHS Staff Nurse & Charge Nurse, I have held various senior roles including Chief Operation Office, Head of Care and Operations and Company Director for large and smaller care home operators.

My days are very varied and as a Manager of a very busy care home, I am responsible for the day to day management ensuring the best possible care for those living in our community. With the experience I have, I ensure I share this knowledge with my team in order to deliver great care. The most joy I get from my role is seeing our residents enjoy meaningful engagement and seeing our staff enjoying their roles in caring for our residents. I believe we give all we can with compassion and love. I am proud to say my team have shown me they both care and love.

Family are massively important to me and I pass those values onto my staff. I would be delighted to introduce you to Denham Manor and show you around.
