Last week, the residents at Cranmer Court Care Home in Warlingham were treated to a musical performance by Trinity School students.
Trinity School contacted the home to say their students were doing an outreach day and could they come along to the home to perform for the residents. Delighted by this offer, Lead Activities Coordinator Chris organised for the 10 students to visit the home.
Performing solo classical pieces on their chosen instrument, the residents enjoyed performances played on the violin, piano, cello, trumpet, and clarinet.
Chris said, “the show lasted around an hour, we were all very impressed by their fantastic playing. After the show, the students talked with all the residents about their music studies which they really enjoyed.”
