Pear-fect Nutrition and Hydration Week at Cranmer Court

Cranmer Court Nutrition and Hydration Week

The residents and colleagues at Cranmer Court Care Home in Warlingham had a pear-fect Nutrition and Hydration week celebrating the fun and importance of food and drink, with various themed days and holding their first Open Day on Saturday 16th March which the local community were invited to come along to.

Throughout the week we had juicy fruit made to look extra ap-peel-ing, as well as sweet and savoury snack boards, to quenching our thirst with smoothie tasting, milkshakes, juices and flavoured teas for all to enjoy.

The week finished with our open day where we were joined by friends, family and the local community who took the opportunity to come and meet our residents and colleagues and take a look around our home. Our hospitality team created a delicious spread of canapes and sweet treats which were served along with tea, coffee and refreshments.

“We were thrilled to welcome the community to our home. These events were not only an excellent opportunity for individuals to witness the exceptional care we provide but also to join us in celebrating Nutrition and Hydration Week,”

“Thank you to everyone that came to our open day and took the opportunity to look around our home, meet our lovely team and residents and sample some delicious canapés and cupcakes beautifully crafted by our chefs.” said Norah Davey, home manager.
