So far in March, the activities staff and residents at Claydon House have been welcoming spring and preparing for Mother’s Day in a couple of weekends time. Daffodils are known to symbolise spring and they were arranged in vases with colourful cloths, ready to bloom in the residents’ rooms.
The fresh flowers were accompanied by a message “A bunch of flowers just for you, to remember mums and all that they do”. They were handed to residents and placed around the home and we all look forward to the warmer weather and brighter days! Hello Spring.
