Residents at Beaumont Villa Care Home joined residents at their sister home L’Hermitage Care Centre for a coffee and art afternoon.
Arts and crafts is a very popular activity with our residents from both homes. These joint sessions are a great way for them to socialise in a friendly environment. Activity-based care is a key ingredient for our residents to feel engaged. It is also a great way to keep their hands and minds occupied, as well as providing an outlet for their creative side.
During the afternoon our Beaumont Villa residents enjoyed the coffee on offer at L’Hermitage, whilst soaking up some winter sun in the garden, before they engaged in a creative art class. We try to organise a variety of activities that will appeal to our residents across both the homes.
