Last week, residents at Walstead Place Care Home in Haywards Heath enjoyed a delightful evening of live music.
Residents expressed that they would love a concert they could attend, and the activities team worked hard to bring this experience to life.
Joined by their families, residents gathered to listen to the talented duo Sax on the Beach, featuring Michael on guitar and vocals, and Evelyn on the saxophone. The pair performed a selection of songs that had everyone tapping their feet and singing along.
The evening was made even more enjoyable with a variety of tasty nibbles prepared by Chef Dave, accompanied by a selection of wine for guests to enjoy.
Home Manager Steve said, “A huge thank you to Michael and Evelyn for the wonderful music, and to Dave for the delicious food. It was a truly enjoyable evening for all our residents and their families.”
