At Walstead Place Care Home in Haywards Heath we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.
Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Fundraising Event
Date: Saturday 16th August
Time: 12pm – 5pm
Join us for a sponsored walk, followed by food, live entertainment, and a quiz, all in support of Care Rights UK. Bring your family and friends for a wonderful day out while helping raise funds for this fantastic cause!

Coffee Club
Date: First Tuesday of every month
Time: 10:30am – 11:30am
Join us for our monthly coffee club, enjoy a morning of coffee, cake and company in a warm and welcoming environment.
