Strathview Care Home are celebrating becoming the second in our care group to receive a 10/10 score on carehome.co.uk and our team are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition. Our home was awarded the score based on 18 recent reviews from residents and their loved ones.

Home manager, Abi Rose-Armstrong, is ecstatic to finally achieve a 10/10 after working hard with her team to reach this score. She commented, “the staff always go one step beyond for our residents. This is a home from home – our relatives know that their loved ones are safe and looked after and the families know that we are there for them as well as the residents. We just happen to work in their home – they don’t live in our workplace.”
Abi and the team threw a party to celebrate, handing out chocolates and goodies to colleagues, joined by our residents who were just as excited about the achievement.
Abi added, “I am so proud of everyone here! We have such a fabulous wee home and strive to keep a friendly family atmosphere. We have been at 9.9 for so long and have been endeavouring to get that 10… Even our relatives and friends have been excited about reaching that score. We all know we have a wonderful team and a wonderful home, and it is nice to have the recognition in print!”
