Southlands Place Care Home started a new venture this month spearheaded by the Activities Team.
We have taken a space at the home and are renovating it into an activity area called The Blue Bell Inn. We are looking forward to holding many events in The Blue Bell Inn. These will include quiz nights, karaoke nights and much more for our residents.
We would like to thank all our team for their hard work on this project. In particular Claire, our Senior Activities Co-ordinator.
Activity-based care is a key ingredient for our residents to feel engaged and helps socialisation within the home. This new space will be a wonderful addition to Southlands Place. We can’t wait for all our friends and families to join us at our upcoming events.
