The residents and team at Scoonie House Care Home in Leven recently worked together on a fantastic project, the official Scoonie House 2025 calendar!
The wellbeing team got everyone together to strike some poses throughout the seasons and capture great moments to share with family, friends and the local community.
Kicking off the project in October, the home was decorated and ready for Halloween and residents had many laughs taking photos as witches with some spooky props. Then they enjoyed an early Christmas together, getting out the festive decorations, putting on their best Christmas jumpers and dressing up as Santa and his elves for the December photo.
Going through all the months and posing with seasonal costumes and props was great fun for all and the wellbeing team decided to make a party out of each photoshoot with snacks and refreshments for each season, including Pimms and fruit for June and Prosecco and cake for December.
The Scoonie House team will be selling their 2025 calendars at their Christmas party and already have lots of orders in! Family and friends can’t wait to see how much fun residents had on this project and put their calendars up in the New Year for a monthly reminder of the wonderful community spirit at Scoonie House.
