The team and residents at Riverside Place Care Home in Ware got out in the garden and rolled up their sleeves to take part in Aria in Bloom.
As we head into the warmer months, it’s the perfect time to get into the garden. At Aria Care we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May, with a ‘One Team Approach’. We understand the importance of making a great first impression so we rallied our teams to work together and get ready for the summer.
We were very lucky with the weather as the sun shone while we went about various tasks in our garden and in the home to get it ready for summer. New flowers have been planted in various flower beds as well as hanging baskets which look lovely. We tidied our games area ready for the competitive fun to begin and also gave the garden furniture a refresh with a coat of paint.
Then we turned our efforts to brightening up our home inside and we potted various plants including orchids around the home for all the enjoy.
Aria in Bloom will become a yearly activity that everyone across the company will get involved with, helping our homes prepare for the warmer days ahead. Our residents will then be able to enjoy their outdoor spaces and give them and their visitors a beautiful space to unwind.
