Set in lovely landscaped gardens with river frontage onto the banks of the River Lea, this stunning luxury care home provides a pampered lifestyle within reach to enjoy the best in your retirement years. We love learning as much as we can about those whom we care for, so your loved one’s time is tailored to their individual needs, interests and preferences. This can be as small as knowing when they like to wake up, how they like their tea, and everything about their daily routine. Their life history enables us to connect with the life they want to live.
We support and encourage as much independence as possible, providing individual choice in such things as joining others in the dining room or in front of the TV for meals, or even with helping with daily life in our friendly community. We’ll also help them to personalise their own room with the things they love, so it truly is home-from-home.

Adele Petersen is our Home Manager at Riverside Place Care Home, here’s a little bit more about her:
“I lead my professional Care Team in delivering the highest level of care and support for our residents. My commitment to professional development has equipped me well for my role here, where I work hard to ensure that those in my care lead happy and fulfilling lives, whilst maintaining choice over the care and support they receive.
I believe in maintaining strong relationships with residents and their relatives, and understand the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of a care home.
I feel that the Aria Care philosophy matches up well with my own beliefs on care provision and I am committed to ensuring that all our residents continue to receive the high levels of care and protection they deserve.”

Riverside Place - Care Assistant
We are looking for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, Aria care will offer a supportive and nurturing environment to grow, both professionally and personally. If you are empathetic, respectful and have a growth mindset, Aria Care is the perfect place for you.
Full-Time; 36 – 48 hours per week, £11.90 per hour (from 1st April £12.21 per hour). Working alternate weekends. Rotation of day and night shifts required.

Full-Time; 36 - 48 hours per week. Permanent contract. £21.60 per hour. Adult Nursing NMC pin required. Alternate weekends required. Rotation of day and night shifts required.
