A dedicated team member at Rendlesham Care Centre in Suffolk has showed her compassion and courage by cutting her hair to support children in need. Claire Davis’ inspiring decision to donate her hair to The Little Princess Trust was celebrated during a special afternoon tea event held at the home.

The occasion brought together residents, family members, and the local community, raising £630 for the charity.

The Little Princess Trust is known for providing real-hair wigs to children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments and other medical conditions. Claire’s selfless contribution will help the Trust continue its work in uplifting young people facing difficult times.

“Claire’s bravery and kindness truly embody the spirit of our community here at Rendlesham,” said Pearl Home, Regional Support Manager. “We are so proud of her for going above and beyond to make a difference, and we’re thrilled to see the community’s generous support as well.”

Guests at the event enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea while watching Claire’s hair transformation. The atmosphere was one of celebration, and the home’s residents expressed joy and pride in being a part of this meaningful initiative.
