As part of the Oaken Holt Estate, residents of The Coach House will have access to the beautiful private grounds and take part in activities and events alongside residents from Oaken Holt, Wytham House, and Parklands.

Aria Care’s Interior Design Manager, Maureen Russell, created a design that remains in keeping with the character of the rest of the estate. Featuring calming neutral colours, soft textures, and elegant furnishings, the space provides the perfect backdrop for residents to make the space their own.
Maureen said, “The picturesque setting of Oaken Holt Estate provided endless inspiration for this exciting project. Surrounded by wonderful views of the countryside and reservoir, I wanted to bring the outside in with soft greens and light blues to create a calming atmosphere that reflects The Coach House’s surroundings. Its high ceilings, large windows, and ample natural light offered the ideal canvas to bring my vision to life.
For me, it’s the little touches that truly make a space feel like a home. I made it a priority to source artwork from local artists, adding character and a connection to the community.
My goal was to create a space that exudes understated elegance, striking a balance between traditional and contemporary. I can’t wait for potential residents to experience the space that we’ve created.”
