A valued team member, Karen, a Domestic Assistant at Oak Manor Care Home in Dereham, Norfolk is celebrating 15 years working at the home.
We presented Karen with her long service award during our team meeting. Karen was also presented with flowers, a voucher, a card and will also receive additional annual leave for her long service.
Home Manager, Laura said “Karen has been a significant part of the Oak Manor family for the last 15 years as a Domestic Assistant. Karen has always gone above and beyond to support our incredible residents and she loves making them smile. Karen is adored by all of us. She is one of a kind and truly special and we are so happy she is part of our team.”.
