A valued and dedicated team member at Knowle Park Nursing Home in Cranleigh is celebrating his 10th anniversary with the company.
Joining Knowle Park in 2014 after completing his nursing training in Romania, Daniel came to England as a pre-registered nurse who initially couldn’t speak English. To improve his language skills and understand the role of carers, he worked as a carer for six months before gaining his nursing qualification.
When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Daniel said, “I love helping people and being able to support my team as much as possible.”
Reflecting on his time at Knowle Park, Daniel shared that some of his favourite memories include the summer garden parties and team barbeques in the rose garden.
