Chocolate Heaven!
A most scrumptious and delightfully carefree time was enjoyed by Kingsclear residents as they indulged in chocolate heaven. Kingsclear residents were treated to a Willy Wonka inspired chocolate tasting event recently, where they enthusiastically, some might say, sampled a variety of chocolates, guilt-free. The wide variety of chocolates on offer, with unique and rare flavours, hailed from across the world.
The enjoyable tasting session was followed by an entertaining chocolate-themed quiz. Chocolate knowledge was tested, whilst they were offered the opportunity to enjoy wines especially chosen to compliment a variety of chocolates. I think all would agree, this was undoubtedly a wonderful way to enhance the tasting experience. From all reports, the event was well received, with plenty of good cheer in abundance. A fitting pre-Christmas event organised by the imaginative activities team.
A big thank you is gratefully extended to the local community for joining the residents at Kingsclear’s Willy Wonka themed chocolate tasting event. Gratitude is also extended to the local Rotary Club for their support and involvement, which contributed greatly to the day’s success.
