Kingsclear Care Home in Camberley marked International Nurses Day with a heartfelt celebration to recognise the incredible nurses who help care for residents and support the wider team every day. The home took time to acknowledge their dedication, compassion, and the vital role they play in the Kingsclear community.
To honour the occasion, Home Manager Rob gathered residents and team members for a special get-together to thank the nurses on shift. Flowers, cards and thoughtful gifts were handed out, alongside words of appreciation that highlighted just how valued the nurses are.
Among those celebrated was Clinical Deputy Lolita, who has been part of the Kingsclear team for five years. Lolita plays a key role in supporting the team and ensuring high standards of care across the home. Also recognised were RGN Irina, who has built strong, caring relationships with residents over her two years at Kingsclear, and Clinical Lead Ruth, known for her commitment to both her team and the people living at the home.
Speaking on the day, Rob shared his gratitude:
“As Home Manager, I am very proud of our nurses who keep the home safe every day. Each one goes above and beyond in their roles and makes Kingsclear the home that it is today.”
