At Kingsclear Care Home we are very lucky to have a minibus for our residents to engage with the local community and help them socialise and further their involvement in their different interests. Popular outings include the local pubs, garden centres and parks.
We recently took a trip to Henry Street Garden Centre, where we did a spot of shopping, saw some colourful fish and stopped off in the café for a little break. Another day saw us at Hobbycraft stocking up on craft supplies and enjoying some local scenery on the way. It was a brilliant outing to Hobbycraft, for our crafty ladies and gents, needless to say, they can’t wait to go again!
