Ivy Court Care Home marked this year’s Father’s Day with a joyful celebration that brought together residents, families, and team members for a day filled with music, laughter, and meaningful moments.
To honour the occasion, Ivy Court hosted a special event featuring a lively performance from an Elvis Presley impersonator. With classic hits and timeless charisma, “Elvis” had everyone tapping their feet, singing along, and even dancing – creating a wonderful atmosphere that captured the spirit of the day.
Residents were delighted by the live entertainment, which sparked memories and conversations about music, dancing, and the cultural icons of their youth. The visit from Elvis added a fun and nostalgic element to the celebration, enjoyed just as much by family members and staff as by the residents themselves.
