At Coppice Lea, we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.

Blue Light Breakfast
Date: First Friday of every month
Time: From 8:30am
At Coppice Lea Care Home, we proudly celebrate and support our local heroes — NHS staff, police, fire, and ambulance personnel. Join us every first Friday from 8:30 AM for a complimentary Blue Light Breakfast, where you can enjoy a warm meal, hot drinks, and friendly conversation with residents. It’s our way of saying thank you and honouring the incredible work they do every day.

Jazz afternoon
Date: Tuesday 26th August
Time: From 2pm
Enjoy a toe-tapping afternoon of smooth jazz and soulful singing with the talented jazz singer Paul. Delight in a selection of jazz classics and timeless favourites—the perfect soundtrack to a relaxed summer day. Whether you’re a jazz enthusiast or simply enjoy live music, this event is not to be missed.
Open to family, friends, and the local community—everyone is welcome.
