The residents and team at Brook House Care Home in Towcester marked D-Day and the 80th anniversary by being transported back in time.
A huge big thank you to our new friends Northampton Transport Heritage for bringing along their bus and treating us to a ride out around Towcester, as part of our 80th Anniversary event to mark D-Day.
Our residents took time to reminisce about yesteryear and were joined by Karl Dawson, Projects Director at Aria on their trip who remarked “everyone really enjoyed their trip out”.
It was important to everyone that Brook House Care Home in Towcester marked D-Day so that they could show their respects and honour those who served.
