Brook House Care Home, is located in the historic market town of Towcester, just a short drive west of Northampton. Our community offers the very best for those needing that extra bit of support in later life, as well as those to live well with dementia.

There are comfortable lounges for relaxation and entertainment, and plenty of spaces to receive visiting family and friends. Our beautiful accessible patio gardens enjoy a lovely sunny aspect, and for those keen to venture out there are regular trips to the local shops, cafés and nearby places of interest.

We love learning as much as we can about who we care for, so your loved one’s time is tailored to their individual need and interests. This can be as small as knowing when they like to wake up, how they like their tea, and everything about their daily routine. Our team take the time to get to know all our residents and encourage independence and communication.

We are dedicated to providing a smooth transition into a home where care is from the heart and interaction with residents is paramount. Our residents show us the way. They tell us what they need, and we do our very best to deliver. Every element of our care is considered with their needs in mind. We attended an event at Brook House recently and were amazed at the homely feel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They host coffee drop-in sessions for people with dementia and their families which is so welcoming. This is a very nice home.

What a lovely home from home Brookhouse is!
Everyone here is so welcoming, they make you feel a part of the family and they cannot do enough for you.
The care and compassion towards the residents is clear to see and shows in the residents as they are so happy and speak highly of the staff.
There is always so much going on here too with coffee mornings and lots of activities. The input back to the community is fantastic.
What a breath of fresh air Rhiannon is too, this reflects in her team!

Meet the Manager

Rhiannon is our Home Manager at Brook House Care Home, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:

“One of the best things about my job is knowing that our residents are living their best life, seeing their smiles, and knowing we are looking after them.

I strive for continuous improvement and like to be hands-on and involved in the day-to-day care. I maintain good communication with my team, residents and families and feel that it is important to get to know everyone. I also like to have good community engagement, as it is important that our home is part of our local community.

Everything we do at Brook House is from the heart and it is not a job, but a passion. We are building a home together – team and residents.
