The team and residents at Brook House Care Home in Towcester enjoyed getting out in the garden to take part in Aria in Bloom.
As we head into the warmer months, it’s the perfect time to get into the garden. At Aria Care we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May, with a ‘One Team Approach’. We understand the importance of making a great first impression so we rallied our teams to work together and get ready for the summer.
Everyone was super excited to take part in this project and spend time together working to transform the outdoor space so that they can enjoy a quiet and tranquil place for those hazy summer days.
After some tidying up and making space we got our green fingers ready and potted a range of colourful flowers and plants. We utilised the flowerbeds that are already landscaped as well as potting some new raised pots and hanging baskets.
It is fair to say that it has been a hit with the residents as they have already been enjoying lunches and catch ups outside to make the most of the fine weather we’ve been having, here’s to many more days outside!
Aria in Bloom will become a yearly activity that everyone across the company will get involved with, helping our homes prepare for the warmer days ahead. Our residents will then be able to enjoy their outdoor spaces and give them and their visitors a beautiful space to unwind.
