Bradbury House Care Home enjoys mornings of musical entertainment by our regular visiting entertainer – Keegan!
Over the last month our residents have had a couple of lovely mornings singing and dancing to entertainment by Keegan. On one of his visits he thrilled our residents with hits from Elvis and a variety of musicals.
Transporting our residents back to yesteryear through music can have a hugely beneficial effect on them, enabling socialisation and reminiscing. It allows them to have a toe-tap to some classics and can bring memories of trips to dance halls from their youth.
This type of activity-based care is really important for our resident’s health and wellbeing and is always so much fun! Everyone enjoys these types of visit and always look forward to the next one!
