Our latest events

At Bradbury House we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.

Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Summer Picnic Fete with ‘Roy Lodge Sings’
Date: Saturday 2nd August
Time: From 2pm – 4pm

As well as Picnic food & refreshments, there will be a tombola, raffle, hook a duck, guess the weight of the cake, book sale, bake sale, pie splat and lots more!

All in aid of Marie Curie.

Date: Saturday 9th August

Time: From 1pm – 3pm
Join us to celebrate afternoon tea week – in true style – think delicate sandwiches, homemade cakes and lashings of tea! For our residents, it’s not just about the treats – it’s about honouring tradition, togetherness and a touch of elegance.

Date: Sunday 25th August

Time: From 10:45am – 12:15pm
Come and join us for our monthly church service with St Michael’s Church. Refreshments provided.
