At Belmont House we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.
Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Date: Last Wednesday of Every Month
Time: 2pm – 4pm
This event will be a great place for likeminded people from around the community to get together and make friends, take part in social activities and discuss local issues, all while enjoying a cuppa.

Aria in Bloom
Date: Wednesday 30th April
Time: 2:30pm
Celebrate the arrival of spring with us at Belmont House for Aria in Bloom.
We’re inviting friends, family and local guests to help refresh our gardens and enjoy the outdoors together. Bring along a plant to symbolise growth and community, then join us for a relaxed afternoon of wine, cheese and conversation. All are welcome – we’d love to see you there.

VE Day
Date: Thursday 8th May
Time: 12:30pm
Join us as we come together to honour VE Day and reflect on the spirit of community, resilience and remembrance.
We’ll be marking the occasion with a special garden lunch, where residents, families and guests can enjoy a relaxed afternoon in great company. There’ll be live entertainment, good food, and a chance to share stories and memories.
