Magna Care Centre has been celebrating the completion of its extensive refurbishment and revival project.
The event brought residents, colleagues, and members of the local community together to witness the grand unveiling of its stunning transformation.
As part of Aria Care’s ambitious £18 million revival project, Magna Care Centre has undergone a comprehensive makeover. The community is now poised to offer an exceptional experience, seamlessly blending modern amenities with timeless charm.
The highlights of the event were the plaque unveiling for the Granada Unit and the celebration of the100th Birthday of resident Doris.
The local community and esteemed guests, including Deputy Mayor, Councillor Tony Trent and the Deputy Mayoress, Mrs Anne Trent graced the event with their presence and kindly gifts flowers and a card from the Mayor for resident Doris’ birthday.
Notable features of the refurbishment programme include:
- Full renovation of the Granada unit, creating seven spacious ground floor rooms with ensuites, and eight modern first floor en-suite rooms.
- Redecoration of the main resident day spaces including the bistro coffee area, lounges and dining rooms.
- Brand new wetroom offering the opportunity to bathe independently.
