After three years of continued commercial success, Aria Care has taken the next step in its care sector journey.
As of the 18th December, the care provision and operation of Aria’s care homes will be managed by Care UK.
Residents and their relatives will not see much immediate change within the homes, as Care UK works with Aria towards an eventual rebrand. Care UK has reiterated that the focus remains on compassionate, high-quality care for residents and the support of their loved ones throughout the care journey.
Aria Care was launched in 2022, and is now a nationally recognised, award-winning care provider offering dementia, residential, respite, convalescent and day care centre facilities. The team will remain dedicated to high quality care, supporting relatives through the care journey, and prioritising innovative training and development initiatives for colleagues…
Operations Directors Karl Dawson and Daren Dalmedo, formerly of Aria Care, are among the colleagues moving over to Care UK to continue to support their homes.
Care UK has more than 40 years’ experience of providing award-winning, high-quality care for older people and is the second largest care provider in the country. Care UK homes are 100% compliant with the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and 93% of its homes are rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. In Wales, its two homes continue to strive to provide excellence in their care and enrich residents’ lives.
Andrew Knight, Chief Executive Officer of Care UK, said: “My team and I have the utmost respect for everything that Aria Care has achieved over the years, and we are proud to be a part of their ongoing journey. Our strong values and dedication to care quality will complement those pre-existing within the provider. The top priority for everyone involved is that residents and their families continue to receive exceptional care and support during our transition process and beyond.
