The team and residents at Huntercombe Hall Care Home in Henley-on-Thames took the opportunity this week to recognise and celebrate a member of their team Janice Patrimonio, a healthcare assistant at the home and thank her for all that she does on a daily basis after she was recognised in Aria’s Quarterly Regional Hearts of Gold Awards, Janice was nominated back in February and won the award at home level and was then chosen as the regional winner for the last quarter by her regional director Scott Lindfield, we take great pride in recognising the dedication and commitment of our team members, whose hard work and compassion truly embody the values we hold dear at Aria Care.
Her dedication to caring for the residents and being an integral part of the team at Huntercombe Hall was highlighted in her nomination which was commented on “Janice goes the extra miles while attending to residents. Many residents request Janice to support them with daily life activities as they like her kind and gentle approach and funny tone. Janice supports a lot with additional shifts, she is very caring and a great team worker.”
Janice was presented with her award and gift to celebrate her win by home manager Catia Pereira commenting “Janice truly embodies the spirit of compassion and teamwork. Earlier this year, she was named Employee of the Month in February, and it’s no surprise why. Her kindness, dedication, and ever-supportive nature shine through in everything she does. Whether she’s caring for residents or stepping in to help any department in need, Janice is always there with a smile and a can-do attitude. Nothing is ever too much for her, and her attention to detail and warmth make a real difference every day. We are so lucky to have her on the team, well done, Janice!”
