Our latest events

At Kings Lodge we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.

Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Medieval-Themed Summer Banquet
Date:
Saturday 16th August
Time:
2pm – 5pm

Join us for our Medieval-themed Summer Banquet fundraising event. There will be a variety of stalls featuring arts and crafts, a bake sale, a bottle tombola, live music, a staff performance, and fun games.

Coffee Morning 
Date: First and third Tuesday of the month
Time: 10am -12pm

This event will be a great place for like-minded people from around the community to get together and make friends, take part in social activities, and discuss local issues, all while enjoying a cuppa.

Arts & Crafts Club
Date: Every Second and fourth Tuesday of the month
Time: 2pm – 4pm

From painting to embroidery, let your creativity flow at our Arts & Crafts Club.

Burns Gym Exercise Session
Date: Every Friday
Time: 11am – 11:30am

Improve your physical health, boost your wellbeing, and strengthen your social connections with our virtual chair exercise session, led by brothers Joe and Tony Burns from Burns Gym.
