The residents at Stowford House Care Home in Abingdon enjoyed a trip out to Dorchester Abbey to attend a beautiful music concert, produced by Sound Resource and supported by Oxfordshire Community Foundation.
The concert featured a diverse selection of music, including movie soundtracks, operatic arias, and nostalgic sing-along songs from the residents’ childhoods. Both the team and residents participated with great enthusiasm, creating a joyful and memorable experience.
The singers were marvelous, followed by a stunning performance from the violinist and pianist.
The residents loved every moment and they have already decided they want to go back for the Christmas concert! A chance to enjoy some festive fun later on in the year.
