A Bear-y Special Afternoon at Stowford House
Residents, staff, and teddy bears alike enjoyed a truly heartwarming afternoon at Stowford House Nursing Home, as the community came together for a delightful Teddy Bears’ Picnic in the home’s beautiful garden.
With the sun shining and laughter in the air, the event brought a touch of childhood magic to all who attended. The home’s talented kitchen team prepared a delicious picnic spread, lovingly made and beautifully presented, which was thoroughly enjoyed by residents and guests alike.
The day was made even more memorable with a charming live performance from singer Kitty, whose uplifting repertoire had everyone clapping, singing along, and dancing in their seats. Her visit brought smiles to many faces and added a joyful energy to the celebration.
Residents and team members proudly brought along their cherished teddy bears, each one with a story to tell—treasured companions full of sentiment and happy memories. The garden was full of warmth, music, and the comforting presence of these much-loved bears.
